If you contact us (Mon-Fri 09.00-19.30) it will be possible to cancel the order up to 1 hour after it has been completed. To cancel an order you should call us immediately or send us an email with your order number (eg # 12345). You can also try later, but if your tracking link has already been created, it won't be possible to unsubscribe.

If the cancellation of the package is no longer possible, you can refuse the package to the courier and once it is back in the warehouse, if you have already paid for it, proceeding with the refund.
